Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  • ¼ teaspoon everything Bagel seasoning

  1. Spread cottage cheese across the bottom of a serving bowl and arrange the various toppings across the cottage cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

  • l recommend using either 4% or 2% fat cottage cheese for this bowl and not the fat-free cottage cheese as it doesn't have much flavor.
