Scrambled Eggs Recipe

This deliciously easy scrambled eggs recipe never goes out of style! These are fluffy, flavorful, and absolutely perfect every time.

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or Monterey Jack

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into a large bowl.
  2. Add heavy cream and whisk together until smooth.
  3. Place butter in a skillet over low heat and let it melt. Add eggs to the skillet and slowly start cooking. Use a rubber spatula to mix eggs around in small circles while they cook.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes if you want your eggs to be more creamy and cook for 5-7 minutes a little bit longer if you want them fluffier.
  5. Turn the heat off and season eggs with salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Remove from the skillet once cheese is melted.
