Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
  • 12 ounces oyster crackers about 5 cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250℉.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, garlic powder, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
  3. Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl and drizzle the seasoned oil over them, tossing to coat each cracker.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet (they should have space for even baking).
  5. Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and stir halfway through.
  6. Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool before serving.
