Seattle Smoked Salmon Dip

This rich cream cheese and smoked salmon based dip packed with so many layers of flavors, and they all blend together so perfectly. With just one taste you'll be smitten! It's perfect for parties or a game day snack.Makes about 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese finely shredded, sharp, white
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise light
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp milk as needed
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon skin and bones removed, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp green onions plus more for topping, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. 
  2. Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning mix then blend to combined. 
  3. Mix in enough milk to reach desired consistency. 
  4. Fold in salmon and green onions. Preferably chill 1 hour or until ready to serve. 
  5. Garnish with more green onions and serve with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
