Sesame Beef

Sesame Beef features thinly sliced flank or skirt steak marinated briefly with Shaoxing wine and spices, quickly pan-seared for a caramelized exterior, and tossed in a thickened savory sauce with soy, vinegar, garlic, and sugar. Toasted sesame seeds garnish the dish, adding nutty flavor and crunch. This beef is best served hot over steamed rice for a balanced, flavorful meal.
