Sesame Ginger Dressing

This easy concoction will give your salads an Asian flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons less sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine.
  2. Enjoy over salads, as a marinade, in stir fries or as a dip.

Notes

  • Homemade Sesame dressing should be refrigerated right after making and be kept in the refrigerator for only 2-3 days.
