Sesame Peanut Chicken Noodles
Sesame Peanut Chicken Noodles are the perfect flavorful dish ready in 20 minutes! Made with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce with honey and sriracha.
Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine
- 2 chicken breast cooked, boneless, chopped in 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup green onions , chopped
- 5 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 tablespoon ginger , minced or paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup peanuts roughly chopped, salted
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water one minute shy of the directions on the box.
- Drain then toss with sesame oil.
- Add vegetable oil, green onions, garlic, and ginger to a large skillet on medium heat and cook for 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
- Add honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Bring to a boil then add in the pasta, chicken, and sesame seeds, tossing well to coat.
- Garnish with peanuts.
