Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears cut in quarters and pitted
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 - 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- sesame seeds for garnish
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put the pears on a baking sheet, cut sides up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush all over with sesame oil.
- Place them into the oven and roast 20 to 25 minutes, until very tender when pierced with a knife. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced lime.
