Ingredients
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 cups of snow peas trimmed
- ½ cup of baby bell peppers sliced
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
Serving:
- soy sauce if desired
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil and butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the snow peas and baby bell pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes; season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side, if desired. Enjoy.
