Sesame Snow Peas and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 cups of snow peas trimmed
  • ½ cup of baby bell peppers sliced
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
Serving:
  • soy sauce if desired

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat the sesame oil and butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.  
  2. Add the snow peas and baby bell pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes; season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.  
  3. Serve immediately with soy sauce on the side, if desired.  Enjoy.
