Sesame Snow Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 9 oz Snow peas
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil and the coconut oil together in a large skillet.
  2. Add the snow peas and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  5. Season the sesame snow peas with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  6. Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and black sesame seeds, to taste.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
