Ingredients

Brownie Layer
  • 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Magic Layer Topping
  • 3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans , chopped
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with baking spray.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  5. Spread batter evenly into greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with flaked coconut, butterscotch chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, pecans, and drizzle the condensed milk over the top evenly.
  8. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
