Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut sweetened shredded
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking pan with melted butter, then evenly spread graham cracker crumbs over the bottom. Press it down to pack it into a crust.
  2. Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips over the crumbs.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers, then sprinkle with chopped pecans and press them down slightly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in the pan on a wire rack, then cut into bars.
