Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk (coconut, almond, hemp, etc or water)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 2 tbsp Goji berries
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (ground with a spice grinder)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 4 dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • pinch cardamom
  • pinch salt sea salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat the milk in a pot on medium heat, until boiling.
  2. Transfer the milk to a high-powered blender along with all other ingredients. Blend on high for 20 seconds or until mixed and frothy. Serve immediately and top with a sprinkle of raw cacao.
