Shark Attack Drink

This fun shark attack drink inspired by the one at Universal Studios Florida is not only delicious, it’s fun to make too! A blue fruity drink gets a touch of grenadine blood for a drink that both kids and adults will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce blue curacao syrup
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • ice
  • 4 ounces Sprite
  • grenadine (garnish)
  • gummy sharks (garnish)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine blue curacao syrup and pineapple juice.
  2. Fill 12 oz ounce glass about 3/4 full of ice.
  3. Pour blue curacao and pineapple juice over the ice.
  4. Add Sprite to fill the glass.
  5. Add a bit of grenadine and top off with gummy sharks.

Notes

  • Serve when you’re ready to drink these. They don’t store well as the ice will dilute the flavor of the juice, and the grenadine will just get mixed into the rest of the ingredients.
  • Make these for a group by doubling (tripling, etc.) the amount of the pineapple juice and blue curacao the recipe calls for. Pour the juice mixture into glasses all at once, top with Sprite, and then do your shark bite bit right before you serve the drinks. I don’t recommend premixing everything way ahead of time.
