Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (if sensitive to salt, start with 1/2 tsp and add to taste after cooking)
  • 5 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese finely grated

Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Trim the ends of the sprouts. Place the trimmed sprouts in a large food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces. You can chop them by hand too, it just takes longer!
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with the oil, garlic, and salt.
  4. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Stir and then bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
  5. Toss with then Parmesan and DEVOUR!
