- 1 cup Greek yogurt
 - 2 tbsp Tahini
 - 1 clove garlic grated
 - 1 lemon juiced
 - 1 tsp kosher salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - 1 tbsp parsley chopped
 - 2 tbsp water optional
 
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, parsley and water in a bowl.
 - Whisk until well-incorporated. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
 - Refrigerate for 20 minutes, add garnish, and serve.
