Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 2 tsp ground sumac
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until mixed or alternately blend in a spice blender. Store in an airtight container, good up to 6 months.
