Ingredients

  • chicken breast boneless, skinless, 4 pieces
  • baby gold potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces, 2 pounds
  • green beans 1/2 pound, fresh
  • oil 2 Tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese 2 Tablespoons, freshly grated
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • butter salted, 3 tablespoons
  • honey ½ cup
  • garlic 2 teaspoons, minced
  • black pepper ⅛ teaspoon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray; set aside.
Honey Garlic Sauce
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer for a minute or so. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Pound chicken to an even thickness. This is important so it cooks evenly. Lay the chicken in the center of the prepared sheet pan. Arrange the green beans and potatoes on each side of the chicken. Drizzle the oil over the tops. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle it all over the tops. Pour honey garlic sauce all over the chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 22 to 25 minutes or until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over green beans and potatoes. Serve and enjoy!
