Ingredients
- 4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet plus more for garnish
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup vodka
- 12 oz seltzer
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
Instructions
- To a pitcher or punch bowl, add 4 scoops of sherbet.
- Add the frozen raspberries.
- Add the vodka.
- Add the sparkling wine and seltzer.
- Stir and serve, adding an extra small scoop of sherbet to each glass (optional).

Notes
- Feel free to enhance the flavor by using flavored vodka, such as orange or raspberry.
- You can use flavored seltzer, or Sprite.
- Any sparkling wine such as spumante, prosecco or champagne can be used.
