Sherbet Punch

This delightfully easy recipe combines sparkling wine, sherbet, vodka and frozen raspberries and is the perfect drink for brunches and parties of all shapes and sizes.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 12 oz seltzer
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. To a pitcher or punch bowl, add 4 scoops of sherbet.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries.
  3. Add the vodka.
  4. Add the sparkling wine and seltzer.
  5. Stir and serve, adding an extra small scoop of sherbet to each glass (optional).

Notes

  • Feel free to enhance the flavor by using flavored vodka, such as orange or raspberry. 
  • You can use flavored seltzer, or Sprite.  
  • Any sparkling wine such as spumante, prosecco or champagne can be used.
