Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined, large
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, fresh

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for shrimp. Whisk until fully combined.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Remove shrimp from the marinade and cook using preferred cooking method.
