Shrimp Scampi with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 box shrimp scampi SeaPak brand
- 1 Tablespoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 5 green onions chopped
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet on medium high heat.
- Add the oil and sautee the chopped onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the SeaPak Shrimp Scampi and prepare according to package instructions.
- Add the halved grape tomatoes at the same time as the Shrimp Scampi.
- Continue to stir the shrimp and tomatoes for 7-8 minutes.
- Then add in the chopped green onions and lemon juice, and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
