																							Ingredients
Shrimp:
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
 - 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined*
 - chili powder
 - sea salt

Chipotle Lime Crema:
- 6 ounces plain greek yogurt
 - 3 to 5 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely chopped**
 - 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
 - sea salt to taste

Tacos:
- Corn tortillas or tortillas of choice
 - 1 avocado sliced
 - 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
 - ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Stir the ingredients for the chipotle lime sauce together in a bowl until everything is well-combined. Taste the sauce for flavor and add more adobo sauce, lime juice, or sea salt to your personal taste.
 - Heat the avocado oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet and allow it to sit for a few minutes to heat up. Place the shrimp on the hot skillet in a single layer and season shrimp liberally with sea salt and chili powder. Allow the shrimp to sit undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes, or until a golden-brown crust forms. Flip the shrimp and cook an additional minute or two until the shrimp are completely pink and cooked through.
 - Thinly slice the cabbage, slice the avocado, and heat up your tortillas. Load up your tortillas with pan-seared shrimp, avocado, chipotle lime sauce, and top with sliced cabbage and cilantro and any additional favorite toppings.

																Notes
- *½ pound (measured raw) is enough for 4 tacos, 1 pound is enough for 8 tacos, so you can adjust the amount of shrimp you use based on how many people you're feeding.
 - **Chipotle peppers are very spicy, so base the amount you use on your spice tolerance.
