This simple baked cabbage is ridiculously amazing. The coconut oil, garlic and pepper crisp nicely for a wonderful new way to make a healthy side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- ¼ cup coconut oil or olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the head of cabbage into 1 inch round slices.
- Mix the oil, garlic and pepper together in a bowl.
- Grease a baking sheet with a little oil.
- Place the cabbage on the baking sheet and pour the oil mixture over each round evenly.
- Use the spoon to spread it around a little
- Bake for 20-25 dregrees
