Simple Jasmine Fried Rice (Quick & Easy)

This Jasmine Fried Rice is my go-to for using up leftover steamed jasmine rice from the day before. It's quick, easy, and super versatile. Adding a bit of Chinese chili oil (Lao Gan Ma) gives it a delicious kick that makes it even better.
