Ingredients

  • 1 can albacore tuna Genova brand, in olive oil
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • crackers I love Nut Thins
  • bell peppers seeded and chopped in half, mini

Instructions

  1. Prepare tuna salad by combing tuna, juice from 1/2 lemon and as much salt and pepper as you’d like. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed. Scoop tuna salad with crackers or mini bell peppers to serve.
