Simple Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 8 oz. egg noodles cooked according to package instructions, dried
- 12 to 15 pieces snow
- 3/4 cup carrot julienne
- 1 bell pepper julienne, small red
- 1 cup white mushroom sliced, fresh
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 cups spinach fresh
- 1 yellow onion sliced, small
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce light
- salt to taste
- black pepper
- 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok
- Saute the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, snow peas, and carrots.
- Add-in the cooked egg noodles. Toss. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, chicken stock, and oyster sauce.Toss and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Put-in the spinach, salt, and pepper. Toss some more and cook for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
