Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles cooked according to package instructions, dried
  • 12 to 15 pieces snow
  • 3/4 cup carrot julienne
  • 1 bell pepper julienne, small red
  • 1 cup white mushroom sliced, fresh
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 yellow onion sliced, small
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce light
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok
  2. Saute the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, snow peas, and carrots.
  3. Add-in the cooked egg noodles. Toss. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, chicken stock, and oyster sauce.Toss and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Put-in the spinach, salt, and pepper. Toss some more and cook for 1 to 3 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
  7. Share and enjoy!
