- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup lightly packed brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 sheets honey graham crackers
- ½ cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In an 8 or 9-inch cast iron skillet, melt ½ cup unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in ½ cup granulated sugar and ½ cup lightly packed brown sugar until smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow the skillet to cool for 5 minutes. Add in ½ tablespoon vanilla extract and 1 large egg. Mix until combined. Add in 1½ cups all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1¼ cups milk chocolate chips . Mix until combined.
- Smooth the cookie mixture evenly in the skillet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and crumble 2 sheets honey graham crackers on top and press ½ cup miniature marshmallows into the cookie.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through and golden around the edges. It will be soft in the center and slightly underbaked. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
