Simple White Balsamic Vinaigrette for Salads

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
  • ¼-½ teaspoon salt to taste, fine sea salt
  • Pinch Pinch black pepper to taste, freshly ground
  • 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar, cover with a lid, and shake really well until emulsified (or whisk together in a bowl). Be sure to taste test for salt levels, and enjoy!
  2. Toss on a salad immediately before serving. Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • This recipe makes just under 1/2 cup of dressing. Serving size will depend on how much dressing you use for a salad.
