Simple White Balsamic Vinaigrette for Salads
Take your green salads to the next level with this easy recipe for white balsamic vinaigrette. It’s a tangy, slightly sweet, speedy recipe that’s ready in 2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
- ¼-½ teaspoon salt to taste, fine sea salt
- Pinch Pinch black pepper to taste, freshly ground
- 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a jar, cover with a lid, and shake really well until emulsified (or whisk together in a bowl). Be sure to taste test for salt levels, and enjoy!
- Toss on a salad immediately before serving. Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
- This recipe makes just under 1/2 cup of dressing. Serving size will depend on how much dressing you use for a salad.
