Sizzler Cheese Toast
Sizzler cheese toast is a quick snack that you can make at home with my easy recipe. Thick slices of cheesy, buttery, golden brown Sizzler toast just like the original!

Ingredients
- 2 slices soft white bread thick cut bread
- 1 tablespoon butter spread
- 1 tablespoon finely grated pecorino cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine butter and grated pecorino cheese then mix well to combine.
- Spread half of the butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread, getting all the way to the edges.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and place the bread slices (butter side down) in the pan and fry for 1½ - 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip over the bread briefly to mop up any melted butter in the pan then serve immediately.
