Skillet Okra with Garlic
Skillet Okra with Garlic is a simple sauté featuring sliced fresh or frozen okra cooked with olive oil, minced garlic, and seasoned with adobo, salt, and black pepper. Cooking over medium-high heat until lightly browned creates tender pieces with a slight caramelization, enhancing the okra's natural flavor. This quick method preserves okra's texture without becoming slimy.
