Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes , optional
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into matchbox-sized pieces, about 1/4 inch thick but in a wide, flat square shape.
- Add pieces to large ziplock bag.
- Add in soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Add vegetable oil into a large heavy skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides (do not crowd your skillet, it is better to cook in batches).
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, serve with steamed vegetables and rice.
