Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 avocado peeled & seeded
  • 5.3 oz dairy free soy blueberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the blueberries, avocado and soy blueberry yogurt to a blender.
  2. Add the turmeric and cinnamon, freshly grate the ginger into the blender.
  3. Add the honey, flaxseed, soy milk and ice to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
