Skinny Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl. Using the whisk attachment (or a whisk) whisk everything together until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate until cold. Serve with graham crackers, strawberries, bananas, or fruit of choice.

Notes

  • If you don't have a stand mixer a handheld mixer can be used instead.
