Skinny Coconut Daiquiri
This skinny coconut daiquiri is creamy and full of coconut flavor, but much lighter than most frozen coconut cocktails. Only has 175 calories and 5 grams of sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 banana chopped into chunks before freezing, medium, frozen
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 cup coconut meat shredded unsweetened coconut works too, chunks, fresh
- 1/2 cup coconut rum 4 oz
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to swap out the unsweetened vanilla almond milk with another milk of choice.
- Use 1/2 cup coconut water instead of coconut rum for the mocktail version.
