Skinny Coconut Daiquiri

This skinny coconut daiquiri is creamy and full of coconut flavor, but much lighter than most frozen coconut cocktails. Only has 175 calories and 5 grams of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 banana chopped into chunks before freezing, medium, frozen
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup coconut meat shredded unsweetened coconut works too, chunks, fresh
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum 4 oz

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to swap out the unsweetened vanilla almond milk with another milk of choice.
  • Use 1/2 cup coconut water instead of coconut rum for the mocktail version.
