Skinny Mexican Chicken Skillet

Skinny Mexican Chicken Skillet is a sautéed dish featuring bite-sized chicken breast pieces cooked with red bell pepper, onion, green chiles, and spices. Black beans and corn are added near the end, creating a colorful, savory dish with a balance of textures and a mild smoky and spicy flavor. Fresh cilantro and green onions finish the skillet for a fresh herbal note.
