- ½ cup pumpkin not pie filling, puree
- 1 cup milk non fat for the skinniest version
- 2 teaspoon sucralose sweetener
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 cups ice cubes
