SKINNY SLOW COOKER BACON RANCH CHICKEN

I made this tonight for my family and they all devoured it saying this is definitely 5 stars!

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 2 trips butterball turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, fat-free
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked

Instructions

  1. Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. In a bowl mix the turkey bacon, garlic, ranch mix, chicken soup, and sour cream.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4.
  4. When the chicken is fully cooked shred it and serve over the cooked pasta.
