The TikTok viral Sleepy Girl Mocktail is what you need to drink for a restful sleep. Three easy simple ingredients (tart cherry juice, magnesium powder and sparkling water) will lead to the best sleep of your life.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup cherry juice pure
- 1 teaspoon magnesium powder
- sparkling water
Instructions
- To a glass, add the magnesium powder and cherry juice. Mix until the magnesium powder has dissolved.
- Add in a few handfuls of ice.
- Top it with about 2 ounces of sparkling water. Give it a taste and add more sparkling water, if you like.
