Instructions

    Cup of Yum

Notes

  • Storage: Tomatoes get wet and soft quickly, so this salad is best eaten right away.
  • Tips for slicing tomatoes: Use a serrated knife for the cleanest and best slices of tomato.
  • What is burrata? It's a fresh cheese that is essentially a ball of mozzarella filled with cream. It's made with either cow's milk or buffalo milk. It can be eaten raw and has a similar taste to cheddar or aged brie.
