- Air Fryer Skewers
Slimming World Chicken Kebab Ingredients:
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tsp paprika
- 1 Tsp oregano
- 1 Tsp mixed spice
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp garlic
- 1 Tsp onion
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Dice your chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
- In a ramekin add your dried seasonings and mix well.
- Load the seasonings into a bowl with the chicken breast and mix well.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for the chicken to marinade.
- Remove the chicken from the fridge, load onto skewers and add a little olive oil over the kebabs.
- Place the chicken kebabs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f. Turn and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve.

Notes
- If you like your chicken kebab spicy, adjust the amount of cayenne pepper. Or if you prefer it milder add more oregano to balance it out.
- You can use chicken breast or turkey breast. We often get a better deal on turkey breast and nearly always use turkey in our kebabs.
