Slow Cook Chianti Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Chianti
- 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
- splash of low sodium soy sauce
- dash of pepper and garlic powder
Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin in your crock pot with all of the ingredients listed above.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, and then keep on warm until ready to eat. The liquid makes a great au jus as well so don't throw it out! :)
