Ingredients
- 1 Cup steel cut oatmeal do not substitute with any other kind
- 4 Cups almond milk unsweetened
- 3 apples cubed (I used Gala apples)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of allspice
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup you can use honey if you'd like
- sliced almonds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients together. Mix
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick spray (don't skip this step)
- Pour all the mixed ingredients into the slow cooker
- Close the lid
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- After the hours has passed, stir with a spoon and serve

- Leftovers can be refrigerated. To reheat, place oatmeal in a bowl with a splash of almond milk
