Slow Cooker Baked Sweet Potatoes
Slow Cooker Baked Sweet Potatoes are cooked whole with minimal preparation using a slow cooker. The sweet potatoes are pierced with a fork, wrapped individually in foil after dipping in water to prevent sticking, then cooked until soft and tender, yielding naturally sweet, evenly cooked potatoes.
Ingredients
- 5 medium sweet potato
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the sweet potato well and using a fork, poke holes all over each potato.
- Dip each potato in the water and wrap with foil (dipping in water before wrapping will help prevent sticking to the foil.)
- Put them in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
