Ingredients

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and scrub the sweet potato well and using a fork, poke holes all over each potato.
  2. Dip each potato in the water and wrap with foil (dipping in water before wrapping will help prevent sticking to the foil.)
  3. Put them in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
