Slow Cooker Beer and Onion Brisket
Slow Cooker Beer and Onion Brisket features tender beef brisket slowly cooked with caramelized onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beer. The long, low cooking time allows the brisket to absorb savory flavors and develop a soft texture that slices easily. Caramelizing the onions adds sweetness that balances the beef’s richness. This dish is ideal for a filling main course, especially when served with hearty sides.
