Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken is a tender shredded chicken dish made by simmering chicken breasts with ranch dip mix and buffalo sauce. The slow cooking infuses the chicken with spicy and savory flavors, making it easy to shred and serve as a flavorful protein for sandwiches, salads, or appetizers.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 3 Tablespoons ranch dip mix organic
- ½ cup buffalo sauce plus more if needed, clean
Instructions
- Add chicken, ranch dressing packet and buffalo wing sauce into your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and easily shreds with a fork. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using two forks. Place back in the slow cooker, toss with any additional sauce if desired and serve.
