Ingredients

  • 1 to 1½ lbs carrots 450 to 680 g
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 30 mL
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 30 mL
  • ¼ tsp each salt and pepper
