Ingredients

  • 40 ounces red potato wedges (recommend: Simply Potatoes brand)
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 ½ pounds ham steak cut in cubes
  • 10.5 ounces cream of celery soup
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer potatoes, mushrooms, and ham in slow cooker.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until combined. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Turn cooker to low and continue cooking for 1 additional hour.
