Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

This freezer meal is quick to throw together in under 15 minutes! Pop it in the slow cooker for an easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Strips
  • 32 oz Alfredo sauce (2 jars)
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup Bacon (Cooked & Chopped)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients in a gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Freeze.
  3. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours then dump into slow cooker.
  4. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on high 4-6 hours.
  5. Serve over pasta (with parmesan cheese if you like)

Notes

  • Add a salad or veggies and even little biscuit bites if you like to round out your meal!
