Slow Cooker Chicken Ranch Tacos

Slow Cooker Chicken Ranch Tacos call for only 4 ingredients! Chicken breasts slow cooked in taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth and served in tortillas with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken *Frozen or thawed, boneless/skinless
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 tablespoon taco seasoning *Or 1 packet
  • 10 oz chicken broth
  • tortillas
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  2.  Add ranch mix and taco mix on top. 
  3. Pour in chicken broth and place lid on slow cooker.
  4. Cook 4-5 hours on high, 7-8 hours on low.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, shred with a fork and scoop onto a warm tortilla. 
  6. Add toppings to taco as well as a layer of ranch dressing for added flavor.
